exchange policy

at pickle studio, each piece is made with care, crafted thoughtfully to bring joy and comfort to your little one’s wardrobe. as a small business creating handmade clothing in limited quantities, we’re unable to offer returns for refunds.

that said, we completely understand that sizing can sometimes be a challenge with growing kids. we’re happy to offer a size exchange under the following conditions:

exchange eligibility

  • size exchanges only: we currently offer exchanges only in case of size-related concerns.
  • unused condition: the garment must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • proof of purchase: a valid order confirmation or purchase receipt is required.
  • timely request: please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

please note, we reserve the right to refuse the product exchange if it is received damaged, used, without its original tags & packaging or outside the time limit.

how to request an exchange

  1. email us: kindly write to us at picklestudioteam@gmail.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for.
  2. send the item back: once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address. 
    the piece must be sent back securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

what happens next

  • if the requested size is available, we’ll dispatch the new piece within 24-48 hours, once we’ve received and inspected the original item. 
  • if the size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note for the order value, which can be used for any future purchase on our website, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance (excluding shipping charges).
  • the credit note will be issued to the customer within 24-48 hours once we’ve received and inspected the original item. 
  • kindly note that we currently do not offer any monetary refunds.

damaged or incorrect items

if you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help. please email us at picklestudioteam@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

items not eligible for exchange

  • custom-made or personalized pieces
  • any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • sample or one-off pieces
  • gift cards

cancellations

once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason. please refer to our exchange policy if you wish to exchange an item upon receiving your order.
